Account profile: profile details associated with your account (e.g., nickname, avatar, gender, birthday), if provided.
Account identifiers: identifiers linked to your account (e.g., email/phone/username), depending on what you used.
Content data: content you create or send in the app (e.g., posts, comments, chat messages), depending on features you used.
Usage and connection records: in-app activity records and device interaction/connection records to the extent they are linked to your account.
Data we may retain and additional retention periods
Compliance and security records: minimal information required for legal compliance, audit, anti-fraud, and security purposes. Additional retention period: typically up to 180 days; if laws/regulations require longer, we will retain as required.
System logs: server logs used for security protection and troubleshooting (e.g., access/error logs). Additional retention period: typically up to 90 days.
Customer support and dispute records: communications and tickets with support (if any). Additional retention period: typically up to 2 years for dispute handling, after-sales service, and compliance.
Residual backup copies: historical copies that may exist in routine backups/disaster recovery systems. Additional retention period: typically removed within 30 days via rolling backup overwrite/cleanup.
De-identified/anonymous data: analytics and statistics that can no longer identify you. Additional retention period: may be retained long-term (no longer identifiable personal data).
Processing and impact
Processing time: we will process your request as soon as reasonably possible, subject to security verification and compliance requirements.
Irreversible: after deletion is completed, you will not be able to log in with the account, and data directly linked to the account will be removed or made non-identifiable.
