Account Deletion (Cancellation) Guide
You can request deletion in the app. Deletion removes personal data directly linked to your account; some data may be retained for compliance and security for a limited period. View details
- On the app Home screen, tap the bottom tab Me (see Fig. 1-4).
- Go to Account cancellation.
- Go to Account cancellation again.
- Tap confirm to submit (see Fig. 1-5).
Data types deleted (examples): account profile, linked identifiers (e.g., email/phone), content data (posts/comments/chats), and usage/connection records.
Data that may be retained: minimal records required for legal compliance, audit, and anti-fraud, plus residual copies in backups (removed on a rolling basis).
